What happens when I cancel my plan?

Our inference subscriptions are prepaid. Even after cancellation, you'll have access to your rate limits until the end of the billing period. There are no refunds.

Cancelling your last active subscription will disable your account from purchasing any new subscriptions. If you want to cancel one plan and add a new one, please make sure to add the new plan before cancelling the old one. If you are already in a cancellation state and cannot add new models, simply reinstate your subscription, add your new plan, and then remove the old plan.
